Auction Terms
Cash or good check with positive ID. Good food by Mount Hermon Baptist Church.
PARKING is $5 per vehicle and will be refunded for all sales of $10 or more, by cash. The parking attendant will collect the $5 and give you a parking ticket to get your refund when you pay your bill. The land owners get this money, not the Auctioneer or Estate,,the estate is paying for the refunds.
Bring your chair, packing material and time to stay all day! At some point we will stop selling Sat afternoon and continue Sunday at 1:pm.
